Take Good Care

On the road to taking good care of you, I offer an interpersonal and cognitive-behavioral approach. Interpersonal means I draw on my experiences and our relationship to inform our work. Cognitive-behavioral means we use your emotions and physiology as clues as to how to change your thinking and your behaviors in order to reach your therapy goals.

About

Michelle Kane PsyD

I’m a clinical psychologist committed to helping adults learn about themselves and their relationships. I believe in creating a safe space for you to be heard and understood so that you may discover the next step in your growth and development. I’m passionate about emotional specificity - tuning in to and accepting the wide range of emotions we, as humans, experience - and learning how to understand and manage them to your benefit. I have been providing psychological services to people in the Triad for over 20 years. I see adults both as individuals and as couples. If you are interested in scheduling a consultation, please call me at 336-604-2789.
